Arpine Grigoryan is a computer engineer and cybersecurity specialist with a strong background in digital literacy and security. Arpine has recently leveraged her skills to manage operations for international startups while working remotely.

Arpine recently led the development and promotion of the Kolba Jobs digital platform, an initiative by UNDP Armenia’s Kolba Lab. 

In addition to her professional experience, Arpine co-founded Linaster, a company dedicated to promoting remote work opportunities. Linaster also creates digital literacy courses, aimed at bridging the digital divide.

Currently, Arpine serves as the Head of Digital Operations at the APRI Armenia think tank and policy accelerator.
